MICHAEL KOEHLER spent his childhood making home movies in East Africa. After earning a BFA in Film & TV Production from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, he spent a year in Southeast Asia doing relief and documentary work. He then returned to New York City, where he edited narrative, documentary, and non-profit film projects for four years. He currently works as a screenwriter and story consultant and he also runs Lights Film School, an online education environment for independent filmmakers around the world.
NOAH WAGNER is an award-winning director, editor, writer and producer based out of New York City. He has worked in varying capacities for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, BBC, NBC Universal, Pepsi, The New Yorker, Expedia, and Blue Man Group. He most recently created promotional content for HBO, on series such as Westworld, Silicon Valley, Ballers, and Game of Thrones. He received his BFA in Film and TV from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, and had the distinct honor of being selected to study TV production at the prestigious BBC Academy in London. His work and contributions have aired on HBO, BBC, NBC, Vimeo Staff Picks and The New Yorker, and his films – under the moniker “A Work of Ark” – have screened at numerous festivals worldwide.
